Tucked away in the hills between Drummond and Helmville lies a wild 20-acre stretch of Montana land, raw and untamed. No covenants here—just freedom, space, and endless sky. There is a 10x10 shed on site and a 20x32 home foundation started. To make things easier, there is a small septic set up for camper use while you build. The road in is dirt and gravel, passable in fair weather but unmaintained in the winter months—snowmobile access will be necessary when the snow piles up. Volunteers do what they can, but if you want better roads, be ready to pitch in. Power is about ten miles away, making this an ideal location for solar—especially with a few south facing aspects scattered throughout the property. Build a cabin, tow in a camper, or carve out your own homestead under the big sky. Cattle from the area's open grazing lease may wander through in the warmer months, a reminder that you're in true ranch country.
